Electricity not working

Our society, Riviera Green Bunglows, is located just 200 metres from Sanand sub division. In the last few months we have observed that there is frequent power outage in our society, whereas we can see that power outage is not visible in other surrounding areas. There seems to be mismanagement in handling particular transformer related to our society. Whenever we call, we get vague answers and they even do not know there is power outage, although it is just besides the sub division office. Right now also, for the last one hour there is no power and when we tried to contact on [protected], again I received a vague answer that there is some problem and it will take time to restore the power. Since last half an hour, no one is responding to the calls. Need urgent attention to solve the issue permanently.

We are living in Bhagwat Residency, Opp iscon flower appt in Ghuma and we are facing extreme difficulties due to stoppage of power supply ok slightest of rain and then it does not get restored for hours post rain also.

All adjoining Buildings and societies does have power supply but our society faces issues almost everytime..

In todays age and era of technology, how can this be acceptable that power supply will depend on Rain during monsoon season.

Pls do something about this else we will have escalate this issue in apppriate forum.

Sir, we are facing electricity cut problem regularly. No proper satisfactory answer is given from GEB board.

In rainy season, summer season the electricity problem in our area has continuously so take the action against Vijapur geb.

I have paid Rs. 10, 000/- bill payment on dated 07/07/2021 for consumer number [protected], through indusind bank credit card mobile application, amount is debited from my credit card, but still not credited to you, kindly see in to this matter and resolved it, while taking to indusind bank credit card department they have told that biller already took this amount but not confirmed yet, kindly see and update me '

Thare is a no Power area of electricity, please re solve the problems as soon as possible

I have been trying to submit application for new LT connection for my industrial shed in Bakrol, bajrang area in ahmedabad. I have tried to submit it online through UGVCL customer portal, but it is non operational since 3 days. I also visited your local UGVCL office several times in Bakrol area & tried to submit application to Mr. Parmar there, but he just keeps me waiting for no reason & is not interested at all. Please do the needful.

Each alternate day the lights are going off of there is no electricity for many hours at the midnight or in early mornings if you are paying the whole bills then why don't we are not getting the electricity

My client no is 26526/10585/8 & meter no is USP 1183299.Initially light bill is came in the name of shri hari co op h so ltd, H-302 PANCHRATNA HOMES but suddenly bill name changed by mistake to jayeshbhai chiroliya without any application given by me as a flat owner .I inform so many times on your customer care by phone & told him by mistake you changed this name so pls, check it correct it. I also write mail on [protected]@ugvcl.com but no reply from your side.
Please investigate who did this mistake & correct bill name as early as possible.

The Sampra fielder turns off the light at 6 p.m. and then does not turn on the light. Sir, please fix this problem.

Our society's electricity connection was somehow by the rain stopped n I have called our nr geb but they don't respond also so pls do as much as possible bcoz there is one heart patient also if anything goes wrong then who will be responsible... So it's a request to pls come and see what's the problem...

Interruption in power supply domestic due to multiple joints in supplying cable

I have a electricity meter of 3 kg and I'm facing issue of electricity dim full. And my fan is dim at middle noon now days are too hot also I'm not able to use my Air-conditioner properly because of electricity dim full issue.

So please solve my problem as soon as possible.

Even if the light goes off for some reason, the light comes on for two or three days. Even if we complain, the problem of light does not go away. So, I kindly request you to dispose of it quickly
