Dear sir,
My client no is 26526/10585/8 & meter no is USP 1183299.Initially light bill is came in the name of shri hari co op h so ltd, H-302 PANCHRATNA HOMES but suddenly bill name changed by mistake to jayeshbhai chiroliya without any application given by me as a flat owner .I inform so many times on your customer care by phone & told him by mistake you changed this name so pls, check it correct it. I also write mail on [protected]@ugvcl.com but no reply from your side.
Please investigate who did this mistake & correct bill name as early as possible.
Attached herewith bill copy & index copy of flat

      Our society's electricity connection was somehow by the rain stopped n I have called our nr geb but they don't respond also so pls do as much as possible bcoz there is one heart patient also if anything goes wrong then who will be responsible... So it's a request to pls come and see what's the problem...

          I have a electricity meter of 3 kg and I'm facing issue of electricity dim full. And my fan is dim at middle noon now days are too hot also I'm not able to use my Air-conditioner properly because of electricity dim full issue.

                              Dear Sir in our area there's no electricity power since last three days and several call made to helper but he is very rude and irresponsible person saying to complain head of board person. I request you to take strict action against this person Kirtibhai and transfer his job to other zone. We understand current situation but he shouldn't answer rudely . He is taking advantage of govt. Job. and placement. Please take strict action.

                                  We all are going through pandemic and now sudden change in weather due to cyclone.
                                  We can understand that there are problems with transformer..but that doesnt mean the residents in jagatpur area ( savvy swaraaj) will be without electricity for more than 9 hrs so far..still counting.
                                  Few of the residents have ailing family members..have some humanity..
                                  Your numbers are always busy..doubt whether its kept purposefully...tough time for you guys ahead !!
                                  People want hassle free electricity..we pay for it..

                                    We residents of Savvy Swaraaj phase 1 are suffering because of power cut since more than 10hrs now.
                                    No intimation on approx timeline for resumption of power from UGVCL.
                                    not able to connect to customer care.
                                    Request you to please show some courtesy to inform your customers with proper information.
                                    P. S. Please note that there are no power cuts in nearby areas from Torrent.

                                        No electricity at Savvy Swaraj Jagatpur near Gota since afternoon due to high winds. No response, no feedback, no intimation of cause of power cut. No information on when power will resume. Pathetic service as usual. Only bill collection on time.
                                        On the other hand no power cut in areas powered by Torrent. Have some courtesy and at least inform customers about the tentative time of resumption of electricity
