    My consumer no. is 76309/13286/3. I have paid on[protected] before 1 day of your bill of[protected] as per ebill shown in your website. Why it is not credited in your date[protected] bill? Every time your bill is differs than your ebill. I want net amount to be paid after all my credit balance as in your bill it shows pending. I will pay after your clearance of this issue.

      Bill Paid but got as a arrears in current bill so getting revert

      Consumer no [protected]
      i am birju chauhan, flat no c2-703, aagnan, adani shantigram, Ahmedabad i paid the bill of Rs.655 on[protected] through amazon pay and same amount be debited from my bank account but in my current bill I saw my last bill amount as an arrears
      so I want to solve this problem and get revert of the paid amount

                Electrical bill paid but raised again as arrears

                I have paid Electric bill of flat -B/404 in Nimirit Flora Apartment at Sanand consumer no:[protected] of ₹.7500.00 on dt.17.09.20 through Paytm portal and same amount is debited from account .
                But October-20 month bill same amount is shown as arrears.
                Kindly take action and revert me .

                    My customer id is [protected]
                    Someone has purchased 2 ujala fan on my customer id in march 2017 without my permission and any of my knowledge. It's on emi based and payment of this fan include in my bill on every month 100rupees.
                    Today, when i visited your office to pay bill, when i asked question to your staff member about this bill then they told me only that this fan u have purchased in march 2017 and they have given me one mobile no. But this no was out of service means it's not working.

                    They don't give me any details of purchase of this fan.

                    Sir, really i haven't purchased this ujala fan. Someone has cheated me.

                              Hello in godhavi that comes inside sanand division. There's a power cut every day once or twice mostly it cut is for an hour to 3 hours. And if call customer number it's said there is a fault in line. I don't understand what type of line it is which goes faulty every day and some time even twice to thrice in a day.
