            Last bill recd was of 935 rs and paid 950 rs on 17/01 via phone pe.
            Even though bill is paid, connection is cut.
            I inquired on toll free no he said 776 rs is pending. Without bill how can we pay and how this 776 rs balance is generated in your system that is again a question.

            If it is an error from your billing section then why are we punished / harresed for your inefficiency.

            I will pay next bill provided you will generate correct bill.

                  I forgot to pay my ugvcl bill of generated in nov2019. So some guy comes and disconnected my connection without any prior notice when we were not home. I have a 90 year grandfather for whom electric connection more then important. If something happens to him then who is going to take the responsibility. And after couple of days guy comes again and was taking so much rudely with my family as if i have taken his kidneys. I want an written apology from that guy.

                    My customer id is [protected].in last month i had paid 931. It was a full payment. Now today when i check the new bill then it shows 16.15 rupees was less paid. So i got a bill of 947.83 rupees. Another thing is from this current bill and in the last two bills it charged more amount. Mostly our bill amount should be between 600 to 650. Please solve it asap

                    I have received massage today on 12th Nov 2019, that "Power supply will be interrupted on[protected] from 08:00 to 18:00 for scheduled substation maintenance." Now it is 18:45 but still power is not available. I've called to customer care but it was very poor experience, the agent who was there not answered properly and disconnected the call.

                      I have purchased a new flat from the builder and as required i had submitted the fees and regular supporting documents for the change of name. Even after 40 days and more i cannot see anywhere the change of name has happened. Also need to understand that does the consumer no also gets changed with the change of name, then that also it is not visible.

                      Most pathetic service provider, poor services, poor maintenance, power cut-off during festival. Reason to ruin good days.

                          This is to raise our serious concerns with respect to the exorbitantly high bill of our electricity consumption. We have been residing at a-3/153, orchid greenfield, applewoods, ahemdabad, since october 2015. Our consumer no is [protected] and meter number is utp0291270. Until march 2019, the electricity bill has been reasonable, within the limits, as per our consumption. Lately, since april 2019 onwards until this month, i. E. July 2019, the bill raised is incredibly high and swinging upwards beyond our expectation - as has been observed. This comes to you, basis our experience of consuming the electricity at the same rate but never getting charged as we have been, in these last four months. Although it would be unfair, but yet very relevant to put forth that our neighbour whose usage of electricity is way higher than us, have not faced any such discrepancies with respect to their bill charge-apparently, it is much lesser than what has been charged from us - almost 50% less. Since we feel it is extremely unfair on the part o[censored]gvcl to be overcharging basis some errors in our meter reading or otherwise, we request your urgent intervention in this regard. We would specifically like to know if there is any kind of issue with our electricity meter or any other error that has taken place inadvertently. May we expect you to kindly look into the matter immediately and revise the bill straight away. Also, we request you to rectify the error, as pointed above, so that we are not overcharged again.
                          Our concern may please be registered in your grievance redressal forum and dispose off, without any further delay.

                              This is an agricultural borewell connection. There are possibilities of accident due to the wire above the connection pole. There is no notice even though it has been compiled frequently at the local level. The connection does not come from the last 15 days in the light. Please take proper care of this matter and take immediate action.

                                  I live in Kunal residency, Mehsana.in my house the power supply is provided by ugvcl. My last week observation the company cuts the power for more hours without any reasons. In my neighbor electricity was continue but in some house of residency was power cut.
                                  The nation is gonna be digital and we are still having such kind of issues. Please consider this...
