Power problem for the last ten days in darbar gadh dp.in residence area not get enough power amd voltage issues occur.
Despite complaining for the last ten days, the problem has not been resolved

Hello, good evening.. AC in summer doesn't work during night time around 9pm to 3 am.. Most probably due to electricity load issue as told by local ugvcl officials.. Kindly solve the problem so that we can use AC and u can earn more money.. It doesn't work in almost 1 km area..

Dear sir we have face a problem of irregular and not fully 3 phase power supply in our agriculture area.ugvcl have not inform us time of power supply and power supply given at any time of night.power supply cut off from 8 hours.24 April 2022 6 hour 30 minutes from 8 hours Power supply given at day time and night time not given at time of 11:30 pm.

Today is a power cut in my area. Tomorrow is my 12th board examination is there and many of students. Power cut of more than 20 minutes taken. So, please resolve the problem.

Hello sir, i have a bakery chain in himatnagar town, today on friday, 4th march 2022, one of the ugvcl employee came and cutt the main wire of meter without any information, i have paid all my dues before due date, i try to complain them too and they told that we will resolve this in few mins only it has been now more than 3 hrs and i have already lost product of worth 10, 000 and when i complain they give me another bill of 300rs more in which they change fuel charge

I have both bills with me, the original one and the one they gave me today from their office.

Please help us in resolving this matter.

I have pay my electricity bill to UGVCL on date 13/10/2021 by BHIM Application and also payment debited from my account but not credited to UGVCL.
i have written complain to bank but SBI bank said payment credited to UGVCL.
Please do the needful.

What kind of service is this? We don't recieve a single copy of bill and then they cut the line saying late payment. Like what the hell is this.
When asked the guy that came here to cut connection they said k bill wo meter ke piche lagata hai. I mean who goes to check their meter in the basement everyday. And then they charge extra for connecting again and also have to pay penalty for late payment. The worst electricity provider ever....

On 1st FEB 2022, many societies in Sola, Ahmedabad area got 8-hour power cut. Customers do not received any prior notification form company like always.
For such a long power-cut, UGVLC should inform every customer by SMS and Email at least 1 day before power-cut, so customers can plan their work accordingly.

UGVCL don't have mobile numbers of every customer?

I m sureshbhai dhulabhai patel i have trouble in High voltage in my home. Now voltage pass on 260v to 278 v so i was facing many problem in my home appliances. So please resolve my issue and control suitable voltage 220 to 240 in my home ..

I am damor laduji bhathiji and my customer number is [protected] i have been paid a dues amount rupees 1105 and also paid a Reconnection charges with 18%GST as wel as paid a miscellaneous charges with 18% GST. So please consider our humble request and do a needful as soon as early possible.

Only fridge are start only one person are staying he are morning to evening in job but why electricity bill are high so plz resolve this problem

I paid my Electricity bill of rs. 1986.52 and amount is debited from my account but bill is not paid (failed). Please check the transaction and refund my money as soon as possible.

UGVCL have given me 2 months Light bill of 48063 INR 2 Phase Meter, i am Residing in 2 BHK Flat. 2 Phase Meter .

I have given complain about this how its came then i given MRI Report and Lab Report for my meter then they will be come and checked as his process after that my complaint. now they are telling me this bill came its okey . u have to pay anyhow, actully u can see previous bill there are nearly 500, 1000, 1800 like this but suddenly they given me 48063 INR, unit of 6065 how this ????

6065 its impossible pls rectify this.

i want to go consumer court if you are looking as per Consumer complaint that is good, pls let me know what i can do and support me.

I have paid many times my bill online but, when payment's last option OTP complete by the bank, UGVCL Server goes down each and every time and payment being done on oxygen mode or remains incomplete

and the main problem created is that the question is arised for payment has been done? or after two three hour or days will be debited? is main confusion or we should if not done, repay it and if we pay it by repay, the berofe done payment perheps be debited, so what two time payment will go and if we think it will be debited because every process for payment is complited, so we dont do any thing, the last date for the payment comes infront and penalty we would have to bear, so fault is the sites and penalty must be paid by the customer

So this oxygen server falls the customer in confusion, and we have to waste our valuable all time towards this by making
