I'm a resident of Nana chiloda, Ahmedabad. During monsoon, we experience lots of power cuts without any reason. Electricity is unavailable for straight 7-9 hours during maintenance no matter even if it's summer, you're left with no choice but to call their customer care and they disconnect your call. Pathetic service.

Its clear scam by ugvcl . Every often there is power cut off without any valid reason . Its daily cutoff and not one time a day, 2-3 times power cut off .. I live in Gokuldham shantipura circle, Ahmedabad.. its ashame for such govt companies not providing proper service while they charge you full amount... After payin 20, 000â‚¹ still you have power cut off every often without reason is not ok... Please ðŸ™ look into this matter seriously ASAP

Shifted to Shantipura Circle on S P Ring Road, Ahmedabad a month back & have found out the worst Electricity disruption. Electricity goes off every now & then on almost every day & while it comes back in 5-10 minutes, on 2-3 occasions it has taken 30 minutes to 2 hours to restore.
Today there is no Electricity since morning 5am.
Such outages not only disturbs children's education, it also Online jobs too.
Can someone look into this?
Never experienced such Electricity issues while staying in other areas with Torrent Power supply.

Dear Sir, My customer number is [protected] at UGVCL Ahmedabad, Chandkheda, The said customer number is on the name of "URVI HARESHBHAI DAVE". I paid my electricity bill of 8884.53 Rs online via online portal bill desk today at 09:50 AM via my netbanking account. My account has been debited for 8884.53 Rs, but the portal has not redirected to UGVCL site and I had not received confirmation message of bill payment. In short, my transaction has been failed. Please do needful. Thank you. My e mail address is [protected]@yahoo.co.in and contact number is [protected].

Since last 1 hour there is no electricity in Yash vihar (ambaji neriyu) patan, street light is working and there is a electricity in some of the portion of the society but in half of the portion there is no electricity and this is not first time frequently this problem occurs in the society i have called UGVCL help line but there is no response .

I am a UGVCL Customer. Customer No. 71930/24625/0.

For the month of May-Jun 2022 I got a bill for 20917.16. This is incorrect as my family and I were not here for the whole of June 2022.

The bill for Mar-April 2022 was 8746.46 and the bill for Jan-Feb 2022 was 3796.21.

Kindly check the discrepancy in the bill for May-Jun. Please check the meter and also refund me the excess amount.

Frequently power is getting cut only in our society and GEB person himself tells that we have shut the power because winds are blowing or rain is happening or cables are getting repaired every day this people have any of the excuse to cut the power.. Today also right now they have shut the power stating that winds are blowing and when it will stop we will ON the power otherwise not.. right now it’s the time at 02:00 AM.. I don’t know why only there is an issue with Sky City only… rest all other lights are there and winds are also blowing ..

ચોમાસા ની શરૂઆત થતા થોડા પણ જોર થી પવન ફુકવાના કારણે લાઈટના મીટરથી વીજળીના થાંભલાના બોક્સમાં જોડાણનો વાયર હલી જવાથી લાઈટ કનેકશન જતું રહે છે.
અને વારંવાર વાયર હલાવી તેને ચાલુ કરવું પડે છે..થાંભલાના સંયુક્ત જોડાણમાં પણ બોકસ પણ ખુલ્લું હોવાથી કાર્બન જમવા થી પણ આ સમસ્યા વારંવાર થાય છે.
તો તાત્કાલિક નિદાન લાવવા વિનંતી...

In monsoon it’s daily problem of power supply... every day it’s off for min 1 hrs... every day due to even rain started major problem occur and even they can not find problem until 3 4 hrs ... very serious condition it becomes

On March and April i got electricity bill of 1160 rs and used of 197 units.

But for the month of may & june 2022 its showing i used 650 units and i am charged about 4900 rs. It's totally unfair happened. Please do the needful asap

Unfortunately my latest bill no. 1/8876 shows consumption shows huge 729 units which is not at all possible.
