My village name is kakrol, Himatnagar, SABARKANTHA GUJARAT we are not having electricity since morning nobody is answering properly. This is not the first time same incident occurred before also but now we are fustrated with this so please take immediate action regarding the above mentioned issue.

    There was a short-circuit on our line due to trees .When power is comes then MCB switch automatically trips beside the nearest boring well .So Please Check immediately what is the problem behind short-circuit and please solve as soon as possible, Because there is many trouble due to this short-circuiting.

                    In summer, at 12 o'clock at night our society's light gone by natural. And after an hour later i get number from internet and called executive for a service that why light gone and please come at oir place and repair it. But the executive on the other side talked me that your problem would solved in morning rudely and terribly way he cut the line of phone. We pay our bill on time they take high amount of money on bill on name of service charge and we customers expect at least a good answer or service from the company but it is waste of money. Going to add solar on our rooftop asap.

                        I am living in Chandkheda area since 3 to 4 months v r facing power cut once in a week... Since school is running online I am facing a lot of problem due to this power cut... Y are UGVCL not fixing the problem properly.. so y r they cutting power every now n then??

                          In the baiwada GEB . Gogadairy feeder is always not good run, if a few wind came or single fuge not run this the problem since long time ... Here need complete repair this line...

                          When we asking the geb officer that time they can't give sutisfy answer..
