I ordered a case for my phone priced at ₹1599 from their website(unboxyourmobile.com) on 01/11/2023. They promised a 2 day delivery to my address. The package is marked as shipped on their website on 02/11/2023. I waited for more than a week and I've got no uodate on the delivery. I contemacted them on their support number through whatsapp and no proper response was provided till 27/11/2023. They said, they are unable to fulfil my order and the amount will be redunded.
Till then I have got no reply for my messages till date (17/12/2023). I would like to get my paid money back and proper apology for fooling me. Was this information helpful? |
