I had a similar experience from this website. I ordered a silicone case for my samsung galaxy s22 ultra. They promised me a 2 day delivery and I've waited for over a week. When I contacted them through their whatsapp support they promised to provide the tracking number and they never replied my messages till the 27th day. They finally said they can't fulfill my order and the refund will be send. Now its been around 2 months and no reply or refunds whatsoever
