I am writing to file a formal consumer complaint against 'UNBOX YOUR Mobile'. This complaint concerns the non-dispatch of my order and the company's failure to provide effective customer support or a clear resolution.

I placed Order #30633 for an Apple iPhone 13 mini (128GB, Midnight Black) via the 'UNBOX YOUR Mobile' web portal on September 23, 2026, at a total cost of ₹37, 999.

Payment for the order was successfully made through the company's web portal. However, despite the payment being accepted, the product has not been dispatched, and I have received no clear confirmation regarding its availability, expected dispatch date, or delivery date.

Subsequently, I attempted to contact the company to obtain updates and resolve the matter. However, I have not received any meaningful response. It appears that the company lacks an effective customer support system; the listed telephone/mobile numbers are unreachable—often switched off or out of network coverage—suggesting they were created fraudulently on the portal solely to swindle money from customers.

My efforts to obtain information about the order have not yielded a satisfactory response so far.

Given the circumstances mentioned above and the lack of any reliable confirmation that the product will be dispatched, I no longer wish to proceed with this purchase. Therefore, I have requested the cancellation of Order #30633 and a full refund of ₹37, 999 via email.

I am contacting the Consumer Complaints because I have been unable to secure a response or resolution directly from the seller. I request that action be taken against the seller regarding this complaint and that appropriate assistance be provided to ensure the following:

Cancellation of Order #30633;
A full refund of ₹37, 999 via the original payment method; and
Written confirmation of the cancellation and refund.
