I ordered a iPhone 14 pro from them which was new and sealed pack as written in description. But I was delivered a iPhone 14 pro max, but wait wait it was a 2nd hand and a used piece . I complained to them but they always gave a date and one fine day they stopped answering my calls and messages. I don't want to give the company a bad review but it was my last option as they will read it and solve my problem.....

I ordered a case for my phone priced at ₹1599 from their website(unboxyourmobile.com) on 01/11/2023. They promised a 2 day delivery to my address. The package is marked as shipped on their website on 02/11/2023. I waited for more than a week and I've got no uodate on the delivery. I contemacted them on their support number through whatsapp and no proper response was provided till 27/11/2023. They said, they are unable to fulfil my order...

Ordered Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 cover with S Pen Green colour @ ₹4, 999 3 months ago. But till date neither I got the delivery of my product nor received the refund till date....
