The courier company informed me that the shipment of my order #[protected] got damaged on the way and will be returned to you. It is presently either lying-in bluedart's ahmedabad warehouse or already returned back to you.

I ordered bright crystal by versace 200ml for women eau de toilette with a order number #[protected] but didn't receive this product even after 2 weeks and doing the full payment upfront online. The courier company informed me that the shipment of my order #[protected] got damaged on the way and either lying-in blue dart's ahmedabad warehouse or already returned back to the company.

I tried emailing to unboxed but no one bothers to even response and there is no contact number available where i can reach out.

I want the product to be sent across to me asap and someone from the company contacting me and updating me on the same as well.
