Unicornstore.in / Unicorn Infosolutions — Adapter replacement

I had purchased Apple adapter in the month of April 2022 which stopped functioning the very next month and I got it replaced from the store.
I have again submitted the replaced adapter to the store as it is not functioning again, it’s been more than 20 days but no response from the store.
