Hi,
My old airpods were having crackling sound and noise cancellation issue, which was later found by your service center engineer also and he processed them for the replacement.
Few days later over a phone call, they asked me to come and collect the new airpods. Those airpods were very dirty, old and used. I refused to take them and asked to give me a new pair.
The engineer told me to call apple care, as he could not do anything about it. He said, he received these old airpods only. Apple care guys too told me they could not do anything here and service center can only help.
Now, i am in this position where i am being forced to accept these old and used pair of airpods.
Please advise if you people can help me.
