I placed an order for an iPhone 14 plus - 256 GB (Order No - [protected]), from the UNICORN website of rupee 79403.15 with an HDFC discount but the amount has been deducted without the offer amount of rupee 86913.00, with the same I applied for 6 monthly No cost EMI with the same but it was not applied to in my card, please let me know with all the details of how this happened and when it will be fixed....

I ordered the product on 8th jan 2023 but it is still not delivered and all though i mailed to cancel the same but it is still not cancelled till time.

request you to please help on this as huge amount is struck i.

I had ordered the MacBook Air M2 on their website and paid the amount via hdfc credit card, they said order is confirmed but on their website i am not able to login and check the delivery status. It didn’t redirect me to the main website and there is no confirmation mail and sms. My amount got deducted from my account. I’m really worried as it’s a huge amount. I had purchased Apple adapter in the month of April 2022 which stopped functioning the very next month and I got it replaced from the store.
I have again submitted the replaced adapter to the store as it is not functioning again, it’s been more than 20 days but no response from the store....

Screen protection which I purchased from the authorised unicorn store for Rs 1500/- with my device iphone 13 is creating bubbles on the phone screen again and again.
I have visited the store and get the protection glass changed once but still there was arising the same issue.
Later on i bought it from different store and the issue was resolved.
I want to claim my money which i paid for such bad quality screen protection...

My old airpods were having crackling sound and noise cancellation issue, which was later found by your service center engineer also and he processed them for the replacement.
Few days later over a phone call, they asked me to come and collect the new airpods. Those airpods were very dirty, old and used. I refused to take them and asked to give me a new pair.
The engineer told me to call apple care, as he could not...

Hi Team, i have ordered an Iphone 13 with order no. [protected] on Unicorn Online store on May 24th 2022. I paid via HDFC credit card through the pinelabs gateway where i was told that there is a 4000 cashback, but till date i have not received any cashback on the same. Its been almost 90 days and i am still awaiting on the cashback. I have mailed the Unicorn customer case as well but no reply. Kindly get back to me on this....

I given a mobile in exchange with bill box chager they taken that mobile and I paid the rest amount via my credit card after completing all the process they ask me to take back my mobile which I given for exchange I asked reason
So they said your bill is not valid
Than I ask them if my bill is not valid then why start the process of exchange...
