Money deducted from account but no confirmation of order

I’ve ordered iphone 13 (Pink) 128gb from the website. I paid it via HDFC Credit card with no cost emi. When I visited the pine3 lab portal I entered my OTP. It didn’t redirect me to the main website and there is no confirmation mail and sms. My amount got deducted from my account. I’m really worried as it’s a huge amount. I really need a solution for this....

IPad received in a seal broken product box.

I ordered an iPad on 1st march 2022. The product was delivered to me in seal broken Apple box. This website doesn’t provide me an option to return. I tried to contact them but no response. How can I be sure that a product delivered to me is genuine if it’s seal was broken. It should be returned and fresh product in proper sealed box should be given to me....

On march 2 I purchased my iphone 13 it was showing it will be delivered by march 4 but I didn’t receive my product more over there is no tracking order number so that I can track my order.

Not shipping my iphone 13

I have ordered iphone 13 on 24th Jan. I still have no status of the order. When called customer care they said it's shipped. But The delhivery courier status says shipment not ready for pick up. Now the unicorn customer care number is not even working since 2 days. Please help...

IPHONE 13 Delivery date

Cannot track order

I ordered an iPhone 13 last week, and initially had an issue of there not being any information regarding delivery dates or if it had been shipped. I got a mail of it being shipped with a tracking ID right 3 days ago. No delivery dates.

The order status still shows ‘shipped’ and the track order doesn’t work. There isn’t any response on their mail. Please share track information or delivery date so it can be received...

No tracking details and cannot contact support

I bought an iPhone 13 two days prior and realised they have not provided a delivery date estimate nor changed the order status. I would give it some days before worrying, but for some reason I am unable to contact support (not sending mobile otp) to inquire about it, and won’t be able to days later.

IPhone 13 Pre booking

I have pre book the iPhone 13 on 5th Sept by paying 2000 Rs then I have a received an email from Pankaj Gupta to make the rest of payment i.e. 77000/ INR and on Unicorn website it has been mentioned if you use HDFC credit care you will Cashback of 6000/ INR after 3 months or 4 months.
