    Dear Sir/Madam

    On 09/08/2022, I visited Unicorninfosolutionspvtltd situated at Pacific Mall, Subhash Nagar, NEWDELHI with complaint of low sound which they rectified and charged Rs.1000/-.
    During the time of payment they told me that the battery health of mobile is 77% and advised me to get my battery change which will cost Rs.5000/-. I followed his advice and a token no 22 issued for battery change at 11:30A.M. My token was attended at 1:30P.M. The counter staff o[censored]nicorninfosolutionspvtltd told me to come after four hours as new battery caliberation . I went to the store at 5:00 P.M. and enquired about my mobile, I was told by the staff it will further take one more hour as battery change and software updation takes this much time. Around 6:00P.M., Mr Gagan and the counter staff brought my mobile with display problem and they told me that due to moisture in mobile the main part is damaged causing this display defect. When I asked for solution they told me that display can b changed with added cost of Rs25000/-. And even after change of display the performance of mobile can not b assured. I was shocked and wanted to meet the Manager of the unit. The irresponsible staff brought one of their colleagues before me who introduced himself as Manager of the unit. I was very much harassed and got angry with their rude behaviour. At last the Unicorninfosolutionspvtltd staff took me to their manager Mr Tejinder Chawala who said to me that they will put up this matter with Apple company through email and will update me in two to three days.
    It was really a horrible experience for me as I am regular customer o[censored]nicorn as purchased three mobiles with latest one of iPhone 13 Pro, Apple Watch, AirPod and other gadgets. This year I was planning to purchase iPad. But now I am afraid with such a bad and really really horrible experience at Unicorninfosolutionspvtltd. How can one purchase such costly gadgets with bad service after sale. I want my mobile back in good condition as it was at the time before my visit to Unicorninfosolutionspvtltd. Otherwise I will have to move to consumer court for claim of not only the mobile but also will ask for compensation against harassment by the irresponsible staf[censored]nicorn.

    My complaint is for my mobile iPhone X for which DP 22043742 date 09/08/2022 was created. My mobile was working fine only it’s sound was slow which they rectified and then in the name of changing my mobile batter they created this blunder with me.

      I have purchased I phone 13 from unicorn store subhash nagar Pacific mall delhi
      I given a mobile in exchange with bill box chager they taken that mobile and I paid the rest amount via my credit card after completing all the process they ask me to take back my mobile which I given for exchange I asked reason
      So they said your bill is not valid
      Than I ask them if my bill is not valid then why start the process of exchange
      Why you wasted my 2.5 hrs
      I will not give mobile back because I have paid all the amount
      Actually one member of cashyfy ask me to extra money to accept that device for exchange I denied so he forced me to pay the money other wise they will see me outside they giving me this kind of threaten
      Specifically one person who is belonging to sikh community working on same store trying to threaten me again and again
      Please take necessary action against them immediately

        I’ve ordered iphone 13 (Pink) 128gb from the website. I paid it via HDFC Credit card with no cost emi. When I visited the pine3 lab portal I entered my OTP. It didn’t redirect me to the main website and there is no confirmation mail and sms. My amount got deducted from my account. I’m really worried as it’s a huge amount. I really need a solution for this.

                I ordered an iPad on 1st march 2022. The product was delivered to me in seal broken Apple box. This website doesn’t provide me an option to return. I tried to contact them but no response. How can I be sure that a product delivered to me is genuine if it’s seal was broken. It should be returned and fresh product in proper sealed box should be given to me.

                  On march 2 I purchased my iphone 13 it was showing it will be delivered by march 4 but I didn’t receive my product more over there is no tracking order number so that I can track my order.

                    Hi, I have booked iPhone 13, 128 GB with prebooking amount of 2000 from Unicorn store Aundh, westend mall, pune, Maharashtra.

                    But it’s been a while I have not received any update about my order. Also I am trying to reach executive Durgesh on contact no given but he is not answering my calls not even replying to my messages. Also he falsely committed me that I will be getting my order in a week time but now he is saying he can’t say when can I get my order. This is really ridiculous experience with unicorn store executive

                      Team, i made online pre booking yesterday for iphone 13 at Pacific mall subhash nagar uni store. Person named prakhar sakhuja contacted me on WhatsApp and asked for payment through QR code scanner and some details like name, email id, contact number, phone color, storage etc. After making the payment he didn't sent me any booking details/payment receipt. Today again if followed up on whatsapp and on call and i was informed details will be send to me today but again no details has been shared with me. Is it a kind of fraud? Sharing chat as a proof as now no one is answering my call. Kindly help

                        Yesterday, I.e. 1/2/2022 purchased MacBook Air M1, but I was not given free AirPods with it as this offer has also been at apple's website where they give free AirPods with MacBook Air M1 and also give student discount. but I was not given apple airpods with my Mac. I am in my college first year and have purchased my Mac for the same, I don't have any headphones or airpods. So I would humbly request you to provide me free AirPods and also because apple has always promoted students with their offers and also this offer was running on their website.
                        Once again I request you to provide me the free airpods with my Macbook. I am even ready to collect them from your store in Delhi if it is not possible for you guys to sip them

                          Not shipping my iphone 13

                          I have ordered iphone 13 on 24th Jan. I still have no status of the order. When called customer care they said it's shipped. But The delhivery courier status says shipment not ready for pick up. Now the unicorn customer care number is not even working since 2 days. Please help...

                              I ordered an iPhone 13 last week, and initially had an issue of there not being any information regarding delivery dates or if it had been shipped. I got a mail of it being shipped with a tracking ID right 3 days ago. No delivery dates.

                              The order status still shows ‘shipped’ and the track order doesn’t work. There isn’t any response on their mail. Please share track information or delivery date so it can be received safely.

                              I just did, it’s showing my shipment... thank you very much! It’s reliving... unicorn store should specify this in their mail. Does it work for you ?
                              What does your status say? Mine says "Shipment not ready for pickup". But when I called Unicorn, they are saying its been picked up from them. Stupid Delhivery doesn't even have a contact number for customer care

                              My status had shown where it was, And that it had been delayed, I received the package a day ago, so I didn’t need to try contact Unicorn (and it never let me before)
                              Is it still the same? Maybe it had just not been updated yet. You could try submitting an issue on dehlivery website.

                                  Although the payment is completed for iphone13, the order details are not seen on website.

                                  My order history remains empty.

                                  On contacting customer care by call, they suggested to write email to certain person instead of creating a ticket to track the issue.

                                  Although an email is sent with screenshot of transaction and other details, i am not sure if the person has even read my email, as there is no response as of yet.

                                  Regretting my decision to buy from unicorn e-commerce site, should have placed orders through amazon/flipkart instead.
