I’ve ordered iphone 13 (Pink) 128gb from the website. I paid it via HDFC Credit card with no cost emi. When I visited the pine3 lab portal I entered my OTP. It didn’t redirect me to the main website and there is no confirmation mail and sms. My amount got deducted from my account. I’m really worried as it’s a huge amount. I really need a solution for this....

I ordered an iPad on 1st march 2022. The product was delivered to me in seal broken Apple box. This website doesn’t provide me an option to return. I tried to contact them but no response. I bought an iPhone 13 two days prior and realised they have not provided a delivery date estimate nor changed the order status.
