I bought an iPhone 13 two days prior and realised they have not provided a delivery date estimate nor changed the order status. I would give it some days before worrying, but for some reason I am unable to contact support (not sending mobile otp) to inquire about it, and won’t be able to days later.

I have pre book the iPhone 13 on 5th Sept by paying 2000 Rs then I have a received an email from Pankaj Gupta to make the rest of payment i.e. 77000/ INR and on Unicorn website it has been mentioned if you use HDFC credit care you will Cashback of 6000/ INR after 3 months or 4 months. Now I am following up with Unicorn store and now they denied no Cashback offer. I am trying to reach out them every time they said we will talk to Pankaj Gupta and revert back to you but no response. I guess Unicorn is making a fool of customers

I ordered Airpods from your website on 3 Sept 2021, it has cashback offer of rs. 1500/- on HDFC Credit card.

Purchased MacBook Air online, was promised 6000/ cashback after 120 days, Now they wrongly say that I had not opted the cash back. Similar fraud happened with other acquaintances.

@Cyberdost @DCPSouthDelhi Uncorn store Malviya Nagar is indulging in fraudulent cashback schemes which promise cashback of Rs[protected]/ on purchase of MacBook online but the amount never comes despite contacting e-commerce head[protected], local+[protected].

I placed the order 3 days ago and the order number is [protected], there is no update since then as I am trying to reach them from the customer care number they provided on the website there is no response. I want to know when the order is going to get delivered? When there is no response from the company when we are spending a lot of money, that makes me think it’s a con company.

I have called sales team o[censored]nicorn chd sector 35 many times on this number ‭[protected]‬ but they dont want to pick. I think there sales figures are quite high. Although, they could not solve my mac issue.

If anyone in senior department can check with them then it would help in unicorn goodwill.

I had given my Mac Book Air for changing of mother board in the DLF Mall, Noida Service Centre on 13th September 2021 & paid Rs. 2500/- + Rs. 32, 000.00 by credit card.

The person attending my complaint was Ms Vaishali. She informed that a mail has been sent to my gmail id giving relevant details & that the repair will take about 7 days. Someone would call me once the laptop is ready.

Surprisingly, there was no mail & 10 odd days have gone by & i have not received any calls. I have no idea of the status of the laptop. Can something be done about this ASAP.

I have Problem in Display. they replaced display 3 times. but still display hinge issue continues.

They always said that there is nothing in our hand. please talk to customer care. we can repair it only but still they can't repair it. and they are unable to solve issue. now I feel that apple service and unicorn service is disgusting. they are not sitting for customer but they are sitting for only make money. they don't care about customer's problem and time. they wasted too much time of same issue and still there is no solution from their side. we are invested lots of money in apple and purchased all product of apple in our company. just because of we feel that apple give us best service but wrong. they give us worst service. unicorn service centre's staff and service is very disappointing.

I have been constantly following up with the accounts team with regards to GST return on the product .
It is been 3 months since the purchase & it is still pending.
Have received no response from the accounts team.
Would like to know the reason for the same & the status on it.

Why is the service not available after 4 PM? What about people who are working after 4PM too? We have to stop our works for the service we need? This is ridiculous. Sales are open till 8PM in Pune and not the service. Isn’t this too much?

Second year running and then what i had thought of to be a dream purchase has caused me atmost distress and loss of extremely valuable information and time.

I purchased a 2019 Macbook Pro 15 inch i9 512 gb which has the serial no. C02Z2EKRLVCG

The first year ran smooth and i was pleased until October 2020, when the laptop crashed mid work.

Although treated with utmost care along with practice of healthy charging habits.
the laptop shut down and blacked out mid work. being non responsive to charging and power button. it was given for repair via one assist which uni sold themselves. they recommended that plan against apple care and only later I got to know about the troubles of it.

It happened again today in july 2021, mid work, in perfect condition. the laptop blacked out again.

This makes me disappointed and exhausted and makes me doubt the credibility of the products which uni sells.
I am writing to uni as i feel them to be responsible for selling me a laptop which has now had two motherboard crashes agaisnt apple's no crash no hang USP.

I just want to voice this and say that i find nobody but uni responsible as i feel I have been sold an illegitimate apple product. And i dont see myself recommending it to anyone further. unless and until this situation is resolved and i am offered better care for a laptop. or a better product even.

Iphone hanging problem and processor is too slow, charging problem not increase above 80%, network problem. Battery health comes 91% in 5months
