On 09/08/2022, I visited Unicorninfosolutionspvtltd situated at Pacific Mall, Subhash Nagar, NEWDELHI with complaint of low sound which they rectified and charged Rs.1000/-.
During the time of payment they told me that the battery health of mobile is 77% and advised me to get my battery change which will cost Rs.5000/-. I followed his advice and a token no 22 issued for battery change at 11:30A.M. My token was attended at 1:30P.M. The counter staff o[censored]nicorninfosolutionspvtltd told me to come after four hours as new battery caliberation . I went to the store at 5:00 P.M. and enquired about my mobile, I was told by the staff it will further take one more hour as battery change and software updation takes this much time. Around 6:00P.M., Mr Gagan and the counter staff brought my mobile with display problem and they told me that due to moisture in mobile the main part is damaged causing this display defect. When I asked for solution they told me that display can b changed with added cost of Rs25000/-. And even after change of display the performance of mobile can not b assured. I was shocked and wanted to meet the Manager of the unit. The irresponsible staff brought one of their colleagues before me who introduced himself as Manager of the unit. I was very much harassed and got angry with their rude behaviour. At last the Unicorninfosolutionspvtltd staff took me to their manager Mr Tejinder Chawala who said to me that they will put up this matter with Apple company through email and will update me in two to three days.
It was really a horrible experience for me as I am regular customer o[censored]nicorn as purchased three mobiles with latest one of iPhone 13 Pro, Apple Watch, AirPod and other gadgets. This year I was planning to purchase iPad. But now I am afraid with such a bad and really really horrible experience at Unicorninfosolutionspvtltd. How can one purchase such costly gadgets with bad service after sale. I want my mobile back in good condition as it was at the time before my visit to Unicorninfosolutionspvtltd. Otherwise I will have to move to consumer court for claim of not only the mobile but also will ask for compensation against harassment by the irresponsible staf[censored]nicorn.
