Coming to you as a helpless customer believing you shall solve my problem.
I just recently purchased iPhone 12 this month and have been given a defective unit and am running around to get it replaced. The Unicorn CS Infinity Mall has accepted there is a manufacturing issue and asks me to wait till Apple releases any updates.
An Apple user since 2002... seek your intervention after having failed to get redressal. The defect is about display flickering severely. All major news dailies hve confirmed iPhone 12 having this screen flickering and black out issue.
Purchased because their staff told me 12 is better value for money than 12 pro and that 12 pro is for businessmen and celebrities.
Sent my phone to service and they rebooted and sent back stating iPhone 12 has issues and to wait for an update. An update came that I suspected may not solve this issue but asst store manager Rishab Rastogi stated it will. Issue has deteriorated.
Twice to store and once to service center ... total harassment.
Also recommended to them to take more money and give me a higher model that will not have the iPhone 12 display issue but they said I will have to give 40percent value of this phone.
The service folks have told me iPhone 12 is not up for repairs and replacement will be iPhone 12 only and there are Chances of same issues.

1. Right to information
2. Right to being heard
3. Right to redressal
