I found out that my laptop was defective 12 days after i purchased it when i compared it to similar other product.My keyboard was wobbly and my trackpad was defective.I reached out to offcial apple and called their international number.They advised me that since my product was only 14-15 days old, I should ask for replacement of my product from the seller(i.e.Unicorn Infosolutions Private Limited)However when i tried talking to unicorn regarding this, The store manager would not even talk to me.I requested to talk to him regarding this 3 times but all the time he declined saying that 24 hours have passed now we can do nothing with product.They even refused to talk to me.It really enraged me when i realized the kind of aftersale services unicorn is providing.I request product replacement and apology from manager for horrible behaviour.
