Hi I had purchased airpods from Unicorn on 22 Apr’21 through their online portal and received the same on 24 Apr’21. On 26th Apr’21 i mailed them regarding the defect in left side airpods fitting with proper images and invoice copy, I called them they said they will revert. On 28th i gain mailed them, i got call from them asking to send the airpods to Mumbai’s address and they will send me new one. Due to looking at the current pandemic scenario courier services are getting very much delayed, si I requested them to provide some solution at my place ie Jaipur only. But there no revert from their side neither they pick up calls or revert on messages.
