Uninor — As per offer not giving talk time

Dear sir, my uninor Mob.No. is [protected] as per offer i recharge Rs. 48, but i can not get talk time as per your offer.My std and local call deducted after 14 days.Why is it so because your offer std and local call having validity is 28 days.I ask to c.care he say offer get revised but your recording is not showing new change .Why you are offering old recording please explain? and give my previous talk time because without any notification you can not change rule.
