Uninor — Balance deducted but recharge not done

I had recharged my number [protected] with Rs 42 on 17th of march 15 at 12 pm on your main site uninor.in with my hdfc netbanking but till now my number had not been recharged and balance also had been deducted also talked to customers care executive but not got any resolution also mail to applete authority but not got any resolution so pls clarify whether my bal will be refunded in my account or my number will get be recharged.
