Uninor — Balance deduction for Wrong VAS charges | |||
I am K. Saikranth, Customer o[censored]ninor with mobile number [protected]. I got a IVR call regarding VAS services on 27/05/2014 I thought it was a new number and emergency call so i picked up the call. With out my response "Gupshup pack" activated on 27/05/2014 with out my permission and 21rs got deducted from my account. When I called to customer care agent is telling that by receiving the call u will be activated with the service... I didn't understand what the hell is this by picking the call service will be activated??? I was trying to call customer care center since from 3 days but no agent was giving proper response... What the hell is this your service??? Now I am unable to connect Customer care... I want my balance refund. I am not able to listen any kind of explanations from uninor. my cut balance is date 16/05/2017 vas charge 5.00 rs 11.01 and 16/5 2.05 5.00 rs charge because todays vas charge 30.00 rs what do u min plz argent solutions and refund recovery hurry mobile no [protected] and all times this problem cancelled
