[Resolved] Uninor — Balance Problems | |||||
Hi, Without the permission of sim card owners, the uninor service is reducting the balance amount of 30rs, 3rs... for many times, though we have not activated any offers. When calling to the complaints number(198) and customer care number, no call is forwarding. Trying from past one day.. What is this incapable service o[censored]ninor/telenor. Who is responsible for that reduction amount..What will you take for that action and this is not the first time..This is the second uninor sim i am using..Still facing same problems with uninor..WORST SERVICE... on 2 oct my balance has deducted due to net accessing but i hv 1000mb data and validity upto 5 sep...on 5 sep i hv recharched again my net pack and now i hv 1500mb..i hv complain to custumer care but they said that i hv use net without having data balance but that day i hv enough balance..
