Uninor — cheating and dishonesty | |||
I am using UNINOR mobile network and my mobile no is [protected].Due to some problems in my mobile set, it was switched off from 15/01/2015 to 10/03/2015.I have also activated DND on my mobile number.Instead of these, uninor mobile company has charged me 10 rupees 5 times; that is total 50 rupees by feigning of ‘Movie Talkies Activation’. Now my complains are:- when my mobile was switched off how did any service was activated? Even I have activated DND. After talking with customer care executive ‘Mandeep singh’ and ‘Karan’ on 20/03/2015 at 7:13 a.m. Karan have given some amazing information. These are as:- This service was activated on my mobile on 11/02/2015 on 4:57.where as on that date and time my mobile was switched off. According to him, a call from company came to my mobile on 11/02/2015 at 4:57 and I activated this service. But the question here is when i have activated DND, how can any call or SMS come from company to my mobile? And after preventing if company disturbs me who will be the responsible for it? According to him, after every 10 days this service is automatically renewed.and the renewal detail is:- 11/02/2015 at 4:57 21/02/2015 at 4:57 03/03/2015 at 2:24:30 13/03/2015 at 1:40:51 20/03/2015 at 1:27:15 Now my complain is if this service is automatically renewed after every 10 days then how it was renewed after only 7 days (13/03/2015 to 20/03/2015)?
