Hi Team,
I have bought a uninor simcard in the December 2012 by submitting all the required documents.
I am using the same number since the past 1+ year without any interruption. But now all of a sudden my number got deactivated without even intimating me.
When i call the customer care and inquired about why you people disconnected my services without intimation, they are telling that the system is programmed like that we can not do anything.
Here my question is why the Uninor is using such a worst system? Don't the Uninor think it as unethical to deactivate without informing the customer?. Was this information helpful? |
