[Resolved]  Uninor — Deduction in mobile balance

Dear sir, on 16-9-15, rs. 200 has been deducted from my balance . Many times i call and complaint to customer care but there is no any positive response from your side. I am using your services from more than 5 years in spite of network problem but this type of problem i faced second time . You are requested to resolve the complaint very soon, if this type of problems i will face and not resolve then i will have to switch over to other network. Regards parul gupta [protected] meerut
