Sir, I tried to activate my prepaid connection of mobile No.[protected] from UNINOR.Com on[protected]. Though my bank deducted Rs. 36/- twice but the company did not activate my mobile. I lodged complaint with the company and they promised to reimburse the money in my bank account but have not done so. Please take the matter with the mobile service provider.
