[Resolved] Uninor India — Bad service provides, and no rosloving of prolem

Sir, my name is kumar himanshu . i am using a sim o[censored]ninor for three year.Many time they use to activate VAS(value added servies) with their own and also deduct money from account. on complaint they never admit and also do not refund money.recently from three days against i am facing problem.they don t provide me any satisfactory result.kindly take this in your notice.
