[Resolved] Uninor India — Related to full talk time recharge | |||
Respected Sir/Madam, My self Shaikh Salman my uninor mobile no. is [protected]. I had make a call to some one on 21.09.15, after call ending one message pop up related to balance deduction on this call and also it show the offer of full talk time 40. Then I recharge with 40 Rs. on same date but I get only 32 regular talk time then I had make a call to 198 they tell me wait up to 48 Hrs. After 48 Hrs the remaining balance not credited in my account them further I make a call to 198 again they tell me to wait for 48 Hrs. And they take my complaint also. But now 10 days occur but until I had not got a remaining 8 Rs balance then today 30.09.15, I again make a call to 198 they directly tell me we are unable to give you the remaining balance... So please solve this matter as possible as fast for my compliance... Thanks... Was this information helpful? | |||
