Dr. Naseem Ahmad Khan ([protected]) Service u TreasureO is activated in my number without my permission on my mobile number mentioned above. because of this service amount of Rs/- 4 deducted daily from my mobile balance. many times i complaint about this to customer care but not satisfactory reply is found till date. no satisfactory ans. is found.

Uninor / Telenor Customer Care's response Hi Naseem, as per our system check, VAS service (uTreasureO) was renewed on your number on 24th August 2015, hence we won't be able to refund the amount now. However it has been deactivated and you won't be charged any further. Hope this helps you, please let us know, if you have any other query.
