[Resolved]  Uninor — Lost sim

Hello Sir,
I was travelling in a bus .I kept my phone in upper cover at bag.When I got down and cheked my phone then I didn't get my phone.So I am informing you for further miss use of that sim . I used that sim about one year .I have lost my phone on 28/6/2016 in Hyderabad. Kindely i request you to please block my no [protected] .

Name (To whom it was registered) Billing Address- (your address details submitted at the time of purchasing the SIM card/number) Last Recharge date- Denomination of last recharge (Recharge amount).

Mobile no:[protected], this is my mobile number, so please block my simcard immediately.I have lost my sim card while going on bike, I have never got the sim card again .so please block the sim card Immediately
