i activated 97 UtoU free plan as par your offer sms but after a 23 hours of activacation my plan has not activated and .i have called many time on 198 (Customer Care Number ) and also mail but the did't reply me . i attached snap short of my email and thair offer sms. Complaint marked as Resolved my complaint is not resolve. it's 3 days pass and when i called their number they all says you have to wait but i competed more then 3 days . Uninor / Telenor customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
