Uninor / Telenor — Amount deducted | |||
Sir my telenor no is [protected] from which rs 20 was deducted in last 15 days for some bloody service "dil ki baat" which was not activated by me. I called for the refund of the amount deducted but he didn't returned my money I have not subscribed myself to any pack or service but still the balance got deducted any the representative are not willing to refund my balance telenor services sucks they only call the customers for some services and later activate them and deduct the amount Was this information helpful? | |||

I am Rakesh pardeshi Add- veer chafekar nagar ganesh khin rd shivajinagar pune. I am using no.[protected] of telenor from last 6 years purchased from outside of pune station from agent. i have missed place my phone when i applied for new sim card they dined that not my name & they not even telling me to right procedure for what i do. kindly help.
