Uninor / Telenor — amount deducting unnecessarily | |||||
Ii am using telenor sim for a long time but they make a call and immediatley send one message regarding deducting your amount. I tried to ask about deductions but they are not connecting customer care number. My number is [protected] I never see such a worst telecom service. When ever i recharge they deduct rs.30/-. I do not know why they are doing like this. I contact through 198, [protected] & 121. Whenever i reach to contact customer care, they are disconnecting. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have recharge my number with 97 =1 GB 3g but I ricived the message but the net is not starting up .

I have recharged my mobile no.Rs. 14 for 120 M/B 2G data but my mobile so 4 G data, I am unable to use this data in my 3 G Mobile .
