[Resolved] Uninor / Telenor — Automatically subscribing activations and renewed automatically and deducting amount | |||
Dear Sir, I have two Telenor numbers on my name. One #xxxxxxxxxx activated on 20/11/2015 and another #xxxxxxxxxx activated on31/12/2015. I haven't subscribed for Sport Service Activation SMS even though I have got message that "Your Sport Service Activation SMS subscribed successfully" and deducted amount Rs30 from my balance. Later I have got one more message that "Your Sport Service Activation SMS going auto renewed on X date with chargeable amount Rs.30. To deactivate please dial XXXXX." I had missed to dial the number then amount was deducted again from balance. My request to Telenor, Please don't subscribe automatically this type of activations unless we request. Thank you sir.
