I am using telenor mobile services, my no. Is [protected]. There are some paid services activated date 9/8/17 with deductions rs.1 & rs. 30 which i have deactivated on same date by calling on 198 by twice on same day customer executive promised for no service will active in future and refund the amount, in mean time services activated again without my consent which customer executive refuse to refund. These activities are harassed me financially...

My telenor number is [protected], i am frustrated about telenor network services that network is not available in our area. I requested many times in customer care but they can't help it. Sometimes i mentally frustrated about call dropping and not registered mobile number every time. Finally, i want to port to another company. I ported telenor to reliance, mnp is successful and the port message is also successful...

Sir, my telenor sim card lost somewhere whose no is as [protected]. Please deactivate it. When i try to make the call to my no. Someone receive it but he refuses to return the sim card and now it constantly coming switch off.

Sim no : [protected] purchased price of 300 rupees and it was activated on 02-august-2017 and recharge on 21st-august-2017 amount of 40 rupees. With out any proper reason they deactivated the sim with in 28 days on 30-august-2017.
The telenor customer care and telenor appellate authority not resolved the issue.

Incase they dont want to provide their service to me then please refund sim price 300 rupees

I have done a recharge on telenor for 28rupees for network coverage
I have contacted telenor representative for 147 unlimited pack details and they didn't say about the 28pack i. E if the 28pack is activated the 147 pack will not be activated. So now my 147 pack is useless
