Hi,
I am with telenor no.[protected].
I took this no two days back and activated and used 4G net for one day, then I recharged with 249 unlimited on 19may at 12am.but I am not getting 4G speed net there onwards, I just called customer care but there is no use and their resolution is also poor, still am facing same issue,
Resolve my issues as early as possible or I will go to consumer forum for cheating case....

Dear sir/mem, I'm subscriber of uninor network my a/c no is [protected] the company has illegally deducted my balance and net pack on 15/05/17 at early morning. In this situation I had lot of losses due to disturbance of balance acct and data losses. I hope u will take right and necessary action immediately such type of network company.

I am constantly suffering from regular loss from my acc balance due to sum siilly service activations and their renewals that i hadnt activated and also customer executives were not giving the refund to me. On 16th may of 2017 i recharged with 18 rs getting credit of 35 rs. From this their is a loss of 30 rs saying that vas30 charges are cut off but i hadnt activated any scheme. An yesterday 10 may 2017... Mob no:[protected]. I will not start a vas services... I will not purchasing this vas services... Then i will complaint through stop services..in self help no. *121#.. Then company send me.. Message.. Is..."currently no vas activated on your number".. But my balance is deduct.. Firstly my balance is 36.74 then after that services. My balance is only 1.74... So plzz refund my balance....

My number is [protected]. Today i. E, 10/05/2017 at 1.27pm i got a message from telenor which says recharge with 13 and get 400 local/national sms with 28days validity (Instead of 150sms). I recharge with 13 but i got 150 sms only. I called to telenor compliant cell (198) and asked them about it. They are saying that there is no such offer available to your number. I bought a two telenor copoun serial number [protected] cin no u 64200dl2012ptc231991 packed on january 2017 amount rs 10 and copoun serial number [protected] cin number u64200dl2012ptc231991 today and it is responding invalid and shopkeeper is not taking action. I even contacted customer care she told that the copoun isn't suspended but the further process is beyond my reach....

I have a telenor sim[protected] since 4 years. But still last two days it was not able to call.. Or receive any call. I m having trouble problem.. I have also call customer care executive. It will not response till now. The store locator told me the sim has blocked ur number. For sometime. But no, one give me reason...
Plz give me reason for this problem or solve it asap.

I'm kinjal solanki from ahmedabad, gujarat been uninor customer for about a year and i am unlikely to make this complaint against your network on internet signal and slow internet issues at night and sometimes in the noon. I could not able to get proper network sometimes. I just want to make a complaint to take this issue into consideration and fix it as soon as possible.. Ps : my sis and my bro also uses uninor.....

I asked their customer executive for a plan for unlimited calling, he told me to recharge with 249 and you will get 300 min per day plus 2gb data per day... After recharging they provide only 25000 seconds (416 minutes) for 28 days. When contacted to customer care they refused to refund and even misbehaved. When complained online, they closed complained without resolving within one hour.

I lost my 249 rupees. Now i am going...

It link with my all accounts like bank, collage, social networking, scholship etc. But the problem is that sim is not registered on my name but i want this no. Mai ek retailer hu, meri mobile shop hai, magar mera is company (Uninor/telenor) ka top up card picchle dec-2016 se band hua hai. Destributer se baat ki, company k tm se baat ki vah bata rahe hair k company ne card reject kar diya hai, card active nahi hoga. Mera uss card me balance hai. I am a Telenor customer . I have received a message on[protected] at 11:18:07 am regarding the activation of sports unlimited service to my mobile number:[protected] and it charged RS.15.I also sent a message to toll free number:155223, but the reply from the toll free number is"NO value added service activated on your number".
I request you to take the action immediately and deactivate sports unlimited service...

I'm contact to uninor/telenor customer care supervisor suresh at 5:18pm 16.4.2017 he is not given information my deducted ammount in my mobile.
His under customer care executive (His name is not telling his supervisor) use un discipline language he is also not give my deducted ammount details this is 3rd time of deduction plz solve problam

Given mobile number is safe it is the number of my cousin as whenever we call him in late night we always find his mobile engaged. Sir I have recharged from telenor app which was saying on recharge of 60 You will get extra 10Rs but I have received nothing extra benefit as promised and there rude customer service is saying to me their is no such offer for me despite their app showing such offers for me. This not a matter of 10 Rs this just the fraud I want to expose. Shame on telenor.
Plz address to this matter as soon as you can Sir....
