My number belongs to AP circle. I bought the sim many months back. In January, i shifted to Chennai for a total stay of 6 months. Until few days back my telenor number worked well. But all of a sudden, I stopped getting signal. I need that number. I don't understand why I am not getting the signal. Kindly solve the issue.

I got 2 calls from telenor customer care yesterday and they deducted the balance 30&10 4cricketmania &mast junction
They had given 50 R's cash back while recharged with 249 and they activated this 2 packs n took their money back
Recently spoken with telenor representative they said we can't process ur refund
Yesterday I did call to customer care lot of times 198&121 call automatically disconnects
I want to proceed legal about this issue please anyone help me how too move legal on this issue

Today deted[protected] at 7-47 am i recharged my mobile no [protected] with rs. 148-00 as telenor company offer was introduced (600 local & std minutes and 600 telenor to relenor minutes 28 days.) but i get rs. 110-00. Tariff all local [protected]@1p/2sec for 90 days. It is breach of trust. Pl. Convert my recharge price into/as offer introduced by company 600 local & std minutes and 600 telenor to relenor minutes 28 days. Pl. Help me.

Anyone else is also operating whatsapp from my telenor number and he is doing illegal activities from that number . From when i had taken this number by then i am recieving so many complaints regarding my telenor number. now it is creating so many problems for me.
So it's huge and humble request that kindly block my sim card as soon as possible.

I am with telenor no.[protected].
I took this no two days back and activated and used 4G net for one day, then I recharged with 249 unlimited on 19may at 12am.but I am not getting 4G speed net there onwards, I just called customer care but there is no use and their resolution is also poor, still am facing same issue,
Resolve my issues as early as possible or I will go to consumer forum for cheating case.

I am constantly suffering from regular loss from my acc balance due to sum siilly service activations and their renewals that i hadnt activated and also customer executives were not giving the refund to me. On 16th may of 2017 i recharged with 18 rs getting credit of 35 rs. From this their is a loss of 30 rs saying that vas30 charges are cut off but i hadnt activated any scheme. Rs 30 is a big value for me. Please accept my complain and give me the refund. Your unsattisfied customer manges nirwan-[protected]

My number is [protected]. Today i. E, 10/05/2017 at 1.27pm i got a message from telenor which says recharge with 13 and get 400 local/national sms with 28days validity (Instead of 150sms). I recharge with 13 but i got 150 sms only. I called to telenor compliant cell (198) and asked them about it. They are saying that there is no such offer available to your number. I said but i got a message he repeated the same sentence. I asked them to note down the compliant but they refused to do so. And said that they can't take complaints on that issue because "no such offer available to your number" they said again. My question is why i got offer message then. Did telenor sending fake messages or is it some kind of trolling?

I even contacted customer care she told that the copoun isn't suspended but the further process is beyond my reach.

I'm kinjal solanki from ahmedabad, gujarat been uninor customer for about a year and i am unlikely to make this complaint against your network on internet signal and slow internet issues at night and sometimes in the noon. I could not able to get proper network sometimes. I just want to make a complaint to take this issue into consideration and fix it as soon as possible.. Ps : my sis and my bro also uses uninor.. When they go out, sometimes, they get slow net issues too. I want you guys to take my complaint into a necessity to sort out this issue as soon as possible.

I asked their customer executive for a plan for unlimited calling, he told me to recharge with 249 and you will get 300 min per day plus 2gb data per day... After recharging they provide only 25000 seconds (416 minutes) for 28 days. When contacted to customer care they refused to refund and even misbehaved. When complained online, they closed complained without resolving within one hour.

I lost my 249 rupees. Now i am going to port.

Destributer se baat ki, company k tm se baat ki vah bata rahe hair k company ne card reject kar diya hai, card active nahi hoga. Mera uss card me balance hai. Destributer balance vapas dene ko taiyar nahi. Kahta hai balance nahi milega. Hum cucch nahi kar sakte. Ap batao mera balance kaise vapas mileage. Chahe card band rahe ya company doob jaye.
