              [protected] ko lagbhag 1:30 baje maine 4g ke bare me janne ke liye 198 me apne mobile number [protected] se 198 me call kiya. Jaise hi call connect hua mere account se ₹37 kat liya gaya.. Aur ek plan activet kr diya gaya jo ki mere me pahle se hi active tha. 198 me complaint karne pr koi help ni kiya gaya. So please help me and punish that type of company.

                My sim is not making any call since yesterday. When someone calls or makes calls the operator says that outgoing of this telenor no.is not available.

                  Called support and they say some telenor store has done it. No nearby telenor store to communicate.

                  Need advise how can I put forward the issue to TRAI. No mobile service provide can do to customer without prior notice.

                    My concern is :i recieved one call[protected] about your side, just am pick the call then i recived one message your side that is, your request for caller tune service is successful. you have been charged rs.40.0., with out my permission how can you activated caller tone, i need my 40rs


                    With out my permission why u activated that one, u should be refund my 40rs... dont waste customer time and money

                          My sister used uninor sim card from the year of 2010 but some moths ago someone stolen her sim card. after 1 month he misuse her sim card for calling unnecessary person. we trying to deactivate this sim card. but uninor company not give proper response.

                              One and half months ago i activated rs 39 tariff to reduce my call rates (1 paisa/2 sec) for 3 months but on 5th july 2016 my tariff has been withdrawn with any prior information to me. After that i called at company customer care no but there was no option in the main menu to talk to customer care and during this conversation a data pack of Rs 67 also activated by the company at my mobile number.Then i called from another telenor no. of my friend and got chance to talk to customer care, I told about my tariff plan and Rs 67 data plan to him but he denied that he has no record about the Rs 39 tariff and also denied to deactivate Rs 67 data plan on my number and hanged the phone.I have also tried to talk in corporate office of telenor at phone number - [protected] and talk someone present there but as i told about my problem he also hanged the phone and then he not picked my call again.

                                  Yesterday I got a message from center that ur 30 rs has been deducted from your account for value added service of HT chalisa, but when I called to customer care o[censored]ninor the guy who picked my call I asked him why did u deducted my 30 Rs he said due to u have been activated HT chalisa in your phone, I asked him what is HT chalisa he said its a caller tune I asked him that I cannot hear any callertune when I call on that number, then he said it's a application which u have downloaded then I said but it's a normal phone back & White in this mobile we cannot download any application then again he changed his sentence, when I shouted on that guy he said u have pushed some button due to that this service has been renewed, but till now I didn't get that which is right reason for deducted my rupees.. When I asked that guy to give this phone to ur senior he immediately deactivate my scheme but refunded my money I have asked that guy to transfer to ur senior he said my senior don't want to speak with you as u don't have manner to speak, now can u say that is this the way to speak with the customer in tellenor, 1St thing ur not giving proper reason for deducting the money then again and again changing their own words not connecting me to their senior then saying I don't have any manners to speak, again some lady called me in the morning when I have logged a complaint she said we cannot refund your money as it has been deducted for value added service, when I asked him for what reason u cannot refund my money she said due to renewal o[censored]r service but when I asked her that ur customer service boy was saying that u have downloaded some link she politely said sorry I don't that, now what the hell was that ur saying that ur from complaint department and u don't now what is the reason..

                                    I am using your SIM ([protected]) more than 6-7 years. Used to recharge it on regular basis. But due to some unavoidable reasons couldn't recharge it since 3-4 months.

                                    Since May, I started to get messages that to continue my service I need to submit address proof & photo proof (but in said message address was not given). So to get the details I called to your executive & he said that SIM is active & no need to worry. Even I ask about message & address to submit the documents but he repeated that SIM is active.

                                    So after confirmation from telenor agent only I completely ignored that message. Today I observed that peoples were not able to contact me, when they are trying my contact no.they are getting message as 'Service is temporarily stopped'.

                                    Is this the way to deal with a genuine customer? Haven't they checked my transaction details before blocking it? Haven't they checked how many telenor customers are contacting me on daily basis(reason is I am promoting it in my friend circle).

                                    Finally I have taken decision to approach consumer court because its really not a professional way to deal with customer.
