I have been not been using my telenor number for quite a while. Now its not getting any signal and even after trying to set network to ind airtel, since telenor is now owned by airtel, i could not get the network.
My number is very important to me and i want my number to be re-activated as soon as possible since i am facing problems without it.

    Sir i have upgraded my uninor sim to 4g about six month ago as you provide 4g service but the chip of sim given to me was made of silver so it was not giving signal properly so that i have problems in using them in a single day it was leave signal 3 or upto 6 times on requesting for change sim at your outlets they charge me 150 rs what can do if you are not able to solve i am porting as no cost apply on porting

      i was using 2 uninor sim in india. 8 months back i went to USA. now i returned to India. i asked customer care about roaming services they said its not available. so i did not use sim card for 8 months. Now its not working any more in India. please they are important numbers. i want to reactivate that. please do needful according to that.

        Hey i'm sharda roy from patna. My telenor sim has no network from last 3 days. I tried it to various phones but it's showing "emergency calls". And on calling to my telenor no., it says "switched off".

        Kindly tell me how to fix this problem because i'm facing a lot of problem due to this "no network".

              sim lost /stolen and for duplicate sim card

              Bought a telenor sim about 3 years ago, it stopped working and the signal have gone away I went to telenor office to collect duplicate of my sim, they checked my id details, but the id on which my sim is working didn't match to mine. They said the sim will be given only when the same person and same id will be available.
              When i bought my sim i gave my id to the retailer, but he exchanged my id with someone's. I didn't know anything...

              to reactivate my sim card

              I bought a new sim and had a single sim phone so I replaced my sim with telenor sim but now I realized the value and tryed to exchanged my sim but I'm not able to register...and continuesly seeing registration failed. So I request u to reactivate my sim. I'm one of your old and honest customer, I request you please reactivate fast it's so urgent.

                Respected sir,
                It is beg to say that i've lost my phone with a uninor sim card on 5th july, 2018 at around 10:00 a. M. Near sai mandir, moradabad while returning from coaching. Its phone no. Was [protected]... Actually, we're in e-rickshaw whose no. Was 2749, red coloured e-rickshaw, my phone fell on road, one person behind our e-rickshaw scream to e-rickshaw driver that ur phone has been fell down.. He went and picked it, i didn't pay attention that time n when i came to college, i checked my phone n found it missed...
                Kindly block my number as soon as possible to avoid any unauthorised access nd please help me to search my phone...

                  Hi, l am manish. Today i recharged my mobile phone by rs. 143 but i did not got proper benefits as they said in the offers. I only got unlimited local & std calls and 2 gb 4g data for 28 days. While i daily get a message from telenor that "free calls poore india mein+30 gb data sirf rs143 mein!! Ab local+std unlmtd calls +2gb+1gb/day data 2g/4g poore 28 dino ki liye. T&c".

                  So, i request you to resolve my problem.

                    Dear sir,

                    This complaint is with regard to dishonest & malicious deduction of rs.18 from my mobile balance (Mob: [protected]) by the self acclaimed best telecom service provider i. E uninor/telenor.

                    Brief facts are that on 29.06.2018 around 3.30 am when i was sleeping rs.18/- got deducted from my mobile balance.in the morning when i came to know about the same i immediately followed the same with the lady customer executive (Highly unprofessional & rude) of the aforesaid telecom company around 10.30 am. The customer executive informed that the aforesaid amount got deducted as i had called on the vas ivr no. 52211 at 3.30 am on 29.06.2018 & talked around 3 minutes due to which rs.18 got deducted @ of rs.6/minute.

                    On knowing the same i got shocked & stunned & again called around 2 pm on same day, the said customer executive rudely said that she had already informed about the said deductions. On asking that at that time i was sleeping then how can i call on such number on which she replied that it is your problem and company has nothing to do with it. She has even not lodged my complaint & shouted on me & said do whatever you can do.

                    It is further informed that on previous occasions also the aforesaid company had deducted various amounts from my mobile balance and the said company have tendency of deducting the balance from innocent customers. But i shall not tolerate anymore and request you to refund the said deducted amounts within 7 days from today i. E. 30.06.2018 or else i will look for other legal recourse available to me. Please also provide my entire call details of 24.06.2018 to 30.06.2018 on my e-mail - [protected]@gmail.com.

                          I have an issue of net connectivity. There is a problem when i surf online any website or app.in case of downloading it provide a speed of about 60 kbps. But in surfing of any website or app it fall down to 0kbps. I am using redmi note 4 and telenor sim is in slot 2. I complain to consumer helpline number he advised me to use the sim in slot 1. I do that but the problem could not solved.

When I try to avail that, they deduct my balance. Then I registered my complain to costumer care they replied no msg was sent to u. Clearly case of misusing my personal information to third party

                            Hello Telenor,

                            This is Ansar basha shaik. June 18th night i do recharge of 299 INR
                            for 3 months unlinmited calls plan to my mother number i.e 83412798**
                            (telenor number) through my HDFC savings account. But unfortunately transaction got failed, but amount deducted from my account. Iam providing the
                            screenshot of my account balance, please validate and call me
                            immediately on [protected].

                            I tried calling you on 198, / [protected], but because of your worst
                            service, i cant able to reach you.

                            Please see the attached files. in telenor image you can see amount deducted on June 18th 2018 and in telenor image 2, you can find the email i got from telenor saying transaction failed, but no need to worry, as amount not get deduct. iam really shocked and feeling very bad about this telenor service. please take action against them and make me profit inorder for wasting my valuable time because of their improper service.

                                Since last couple of weeks i am not able to use my telenor sim card due to no network. I am not receiving signal on that particular sim card ([protected]), no matter what i try. Not even using it in other devices, or traveling to other areas is able to provide me a single line of stable network. Several of my contacts and important messages are blocked due to this reason. For example, say, i am not even able to receive bank otps. Please help me out with this problem. I have no idea if the sim card is still working.

                                  I want to port from telenor to other network. I sent 5 times request. Every time they sending a msg with a content that "we received your request, offer for u, keep using best net work"... This is what they r sending. I called them, they answering very irresponsibly. They questioning me, is it inbox empty, it's your phone problem, from our side no problem, we already sent code, check it once... These are all the answers from customer service.
