i have done recharge of rs. 73 on no. [protected] with my ICICI bank but i did' nt got any balance. when i called on 198 for complaint i followed all the instructions of IVR but finally i got the response that "for balance enquiry please call on our toll free no."(i have tried more than 5 tiumes) which is totally meaningless . i have all the proof of my payment and not getting balance.

    From morning my uninor [protected] number was blocked for SMS.I asked to customer care they said that i need to register with TRAI.Actually i was sending a text msg to my friend Regarding Registration of LINE App in my android mobile msg following by URL I cant understand by sending URL through my SMS was Totally blocked Pls give me solution

      My mobile no. [protected] and Uninor send msg at dated 19/08/2014, 02:12:26pm and msg centre :[protected] by UG-650001. Msg ...1p/sec calls + 1200 STD/Loc secs! Aaj sirf Rs.4 = Saare STD/Loc calls 1p/sec, Val 28 Din + 1200 STD/Loc secs FREE 48 Hrs me(Val 2 Din).Dial *222*7*4#. After 100 Hrs. my scheme and benefit not given to me. And when I call to customer care o[censored]ninor, there executive said...there was no any msg forward by uninor. I have saved text msg. from uninor and telephonic recording with it's executive voice call for my truth.

          Sir, My name is MD RIYAZ PASHA, my uninor number is[protected], my out going calls are barred as on 20/08/14 at approximately 10:00pm. When i was call to Uninor cust care they are telling as your calls are not barred. I was complained also through online where i was found complaint-SR number is 1-[protected]. ofter hours they are declared my out going calls were not barred. But till i am getting same problem when i was called to another it is Showing "Out going calls barred". I was changed my sim card into another mobile but samne was raised. please find the solution as early possible.

            नमस्कार, में राजूभाई काछेला में IDEA और uninor के ऊपर कम्प्लेंट करना चाहता हु, मेरा मोबाईल नंबर [protected] है में भावनगर गुजरात में रहता हु, मेरा सिम कार्ड कनेक्शन idea postpaid में था पोस्टपेड में जब मेरे प्लान से ज्यादा बिल आने लगा तब मुझे मेरे नंबर को MNP के द्वारा UNINOR में ले जाना पड़ा। अब मेरा नंबर UNINOR में MNP के द्वारा शुरू हो गया, मेरा IDEA मे बिल जनरेट हो चूका था RS 125 का बिल था, तब मेने IDEA को RS 130 का पेमेंट डेट 30/7/2014 को मेने जमा करवा दिया। जिसकी प्रति (कॉपी) मेने इ मेल के साथ जोड़ी है। अब DATE 21/8/2014 को MERE नंबर से नेटवर्क चला गया तब मेने दूसरे UNINOR के नम्बर से UNINOR कस्टमर केर में फोन किया तो वहा से मुझे बताया गया की आपका पेमेंट IDEA POSTPAID में बाकि था इस वजह से आपका नंबर बंध कर दिया गया है। मेने IDEA कस्टमर केर में फोन किया वहा से हमें बताया गया की यहाँ आपका बिल बाकि नहीं है आप अपने नए ऑपरेटर को लास्ट बिल की कॉपी जमा करवा दो आपका नंबर चालू हो जाएगा। जिसकी रेकॉर्डिंग मेने इ मेल के साथ जोड़ी है। तब में फिर से UNINOR की ऑफिस में गया वहासे मुझे बताया गया की यहाँ आपका नंबर सिस्टम में डाल रहे है तो लिख के आ रहा है की " NO RECORD FOUND " तो अब में कहा जाऊ UNINOR की IDEA किसके पास जाऊ ये तो सरासर ग्राहक को परेशान करने का काम हुआ। हमने क्या गुन्हा किया तो हमारा नंबर बंध कर दिया गया ? कृपया हमारा नंबर चालू करवा दीजिये। कृपया आप सही कार्यवाही करके मेरा नंबर चालू करवा दीजिये। मेरा अल्टरनेट कॉंटेक नम्बर [protected] है आप मुझे किसीभी जानकारी के लिए फ़ोन कर सकते है। जल्द से जल्द आवश्यक कार्यवाही करने की बिनती है.

                It is a very froad company in U.P deducted my balance without any reason. The customer care executives are very unresponsive. They are not ready to give any suitable answer for my queries, instead they will not connect your call after 2 or 3 dials. Never ready to forward the call to their seniors, all executives are of same type and are untrained. The company don't know how to train the executives for customer service.They are not able to give suitable answer for any queries. Although, they are giving me wrong information for my balance deduction. They all are cheat. I suggest everyone never too take their services. User o[censored]ninor [protected]

                    i activated 97 UtoU free plan as par your offer sms but after a 23 hours of activacation my plan has not activated and .i have called many time on 198 (Customer Care Number ) and also mail but the did't reply me . i attached snap short of my email and thair offer sms.

                            Dear Sir/Madam, i'm using uninor no [protected], but i'm in problem that some VAS services are activated on my no, without my information and permission. Daily it deduct 15+15 rs from my a/c. 30 rs has been deducted. I request you please deactivate all the VAS services and refund my balance 15-20 rs in my no [protected] a/c otherwise i'll complain somewhere else, Please do something so that in future, these problem can't be created, i think you will provide me better solution... thank you [protected]

                            Yes me too facing the same issue. I want to sue them for their cheap cheating techniques with VAS. After all it is our hard earned money. Blood sucking culprits.

                              I recharged to 1stly 15/-, 28/-, 28/- again in 1 month and
                              1. I got only 19 mb and in 1 day they finished and main acount balance was reduced ...
                              2. Same problem agian happed to me this time i got 250 mb after finish same thing happed before 28 days..
                              3 . this time to much problem only i got 10mb only, and this time i call continously to consumer care and they cant listten my problem and disconnected call ...


                              I continously call to 198, 1909 and i respectly, told my problems and requestes, , i cant send masage to other but continously they ignored they not listtening me so i want justice...
