Uninor / Telenor — Balance deducted without any request

Dear Sir/Madam This is to bring to your kind notice that Rs 30 has been deducted twice from my Uninor prepaid account for VAS services without my consent/request.But I haven't get any refund back yet eventhough after making complaints to customer care. Please do the needful Amit Mishra [protected]
