I noticed from 2 month your company deducting my balance without my purchasing any service .i call also to your customer care they are not taking response i submited request to deactive my vas service than to your deducting my balance this is [protected] my mobile no whithin 24 hrs please deactive all the services and and kindly refund my amount soon as soon otherwise i shut my all 4 telenor numbers give me feedback Was this information helpful? | |||||

My number belongs to AP circle. I bought the sim many months back. In January, i shifted to Chennai for a total stay of 6 months. Until few days back my telenor number worked well. But all of a sudden, I stopped getting signal. I need that number. I don't understand why I am not getting the signal. Kindly solve the issue.
