[Resolved] Uninor / Telenor — Balance deduction without my knowledge by activating other package | |||
I am koyyana santosh having the On 25.01.2016 i received one confirmation msg from company citing the deduction of 40 RS from my main balance for renewal of Other package, which was occurred with out my knowledge. immediately i called to 546460 to deactivate the Other pack but it iseither not getting connected to customer care or showing any path to deactivate the above said pack. hereby i am asking the operator who has given permission to deduct balance from my account.
