Dear sir I recharged my telinor no with rs31 on 14may at 14:19. Before recharging my no i checked my no's offer on *234#, it's shows rs10 tt & all call rates being rs0.30/min/sms, but company didn't gave rs10tt while other facility started. On same day i talked to company's customer care executive she (Monika) said extra benefits got within 72hrs. After 72hrs again i talked to company's customer care executive that day i talked to one senior executive mr. Ratnesh, he said i lodge your complain and it would be resolved within 36hrs or maximum 23may. Today (21may) i got my complain resolvation sms, in this sms company deny of giving rs10tt and simply inform that there is no offer on my no. But i have all call recordings, talking with company's customer care executive from very first day (14 may - 21may). So kindly draft my complain and advised me accordingly. Thanks.
