[Resolved] Uninor / Telenor — Benefit not credited in my account | |||
Dr. 15/5/016 I need to recharge my telenor account i check *234# displayed as recharge with 80 get r's. 90 talk time as soon as i recharge with r's 80 but talk time received only r's 65 then a i call customer care they said wait 48 hours your extra benefits will be credited. After 48 hours talk time not received then after i again call customer care they took my complaint and send mi a complaint no& said wait 72 hour again they didn't credit my account again i call customer care and resistor complaint they give me new complaint no and said wait 36 hours again they didn't credit talk time this situation again & again Please help mi Was this information helpful? | |||
