[Resolved] Uninor / Telenor — Caller tune activation | |
On 28 apr 2016 afternoon automatic caller tune activated on my number and when i call to customer care at around 8pm for deactivate and return my deduction, then customer care said systems is not working and call after 5 hours for further process(after 5 hours means 01am night).After this, when i call today[protected] customer care, they say 24hours has passed and your caller tune will deactivated but your deduction(charge for caller tune) does not refund.please do some action.
