Uninor / Telenor — deduction of balance due to vas service | |
Dear sir/ma'am, Even though i haven't activate any value added service on my no. Your telenor company activates 2 value added services on my no. And deduct 15 rs from my account. When i call to customer service, she tells me that i have given a positive response for their service. I do remember very well that i didn't give any kind of positive response. After that i said her to deactivate the services but she didn't do that either and the company is not refunding my deducted money also. Please its a kind request, do something about your automatically activating services and please refund my money. Was this information helpful? | |

97 मे unlimited 2g pake कीया था ओर offer अवेलेबल थी। तभी हमको 1gb 2g pake मीला। ऐस क्यु हुआ मेरा problem सोल कीजीए। ओर unlimited pake दीजीऐ

I have recharged 97rs data pack its for 28 days till 12/10/2017 valid but now it is showing zero data pack and from main balance amount where deducted.
