[Resolved]  Uninor / Telenor — Deduction of money for vas i.e. adult jokes for which i have not opted and your no 155223 is not understanding the issue

Sir from the day I purchase telenor sim, continue I have to face firstly your network even in full network I am unable to do clear conversation. But the main problem is that company continue auto activate many VAS services on my no. and take charges for that without my permission and even calling to your helpline no they cannot refund it and say that this was activated on your request whereas I have never requested for the same . It is very funny when I get it recharged the auto deduction for VAS stats even though I have not made any call. This is my @nbd time complaint on the same issue and there was no proper grievance redressal on the ealier complaint also as the same reason was told . I request you take strict discipliery action for such deductions unauthorisedly charged from the Balance. It nis has made me to minimise the use and recharge as morethan my call charges VAS charges are deducted and left with no option than to not recharge and use this Telenot No. Please look injto the matter urgently and refund my maount ofr the last month also and pl ensure that no such charges are deducted for future VAS like Adult Jokes as am old Man of 61 years and my children also see my mobile and read such useless and unwaranted nuisance, hope you will realise the gravity of the issue and your customers are scared of the hefty and undue VAS charges being deducted from their Balance.
