Uninor / Telenor — Did not carry forward the seconds | |||||
Dear sir, Yesterday night your *121# and mobile app were so poor that it took more than one hour to do recharge of Rs. 98/- successfully and for that confirmation I received one email too from Telenor by giving the transaction ID and all but in the morning just now I noticed that my previously left out seconds were not added with current recharge and showing the balance of fresh recharge only which is not my fault and it's cheating or wrong practice by you. If you were having some problem with your system or server then how do i concern and why should I bear that even wasting more than one hour just to recharge before time lapse.
