Uninor / Telenor — Fake/Wrong offer message | |||
My number is [protected]. Today i. E, 10/05/2017 at 1.27pm i got a message from telenor which says recharge with 13 and get 400 local/national sms with 28days validity (Instead of 150sms). I recharge with 13 but i got 150 sms only. I called to telenor compliant cell (198) and asked them about it. They are saying that there is no such offer available to your number. I said but i got a message he repeated the same sentence. I asked them to note down the compliant but they refused to do so. And said that they can't take complaints on that issue because "no such offer available to your number" they said again. My question is why i got offer message then. Did telenor sending fake messages or is it some kind of trolling? Was this information helpful? | |||
