[Resolved] Uninor / Telenor — For not getting telenor recharge benefit | |
Dear sir/madam I got an offer on my number through *234# on 15 feb, 2016 i.e. 1p/2s+talktime of 32 With the validity of 90 days at the recharge of 39. Same day I recharged my phone around 9 pm but i didnot get talktime of 32. Same day at 9:33pm i made a call at 198 and complained about it. Your telenor executive confirmed the offer and assure me that within 48 hours i will get this benefit. I waited for 48 hours & again called at 198 at 10:43pm on 17 feb but this time my request was refused by saying this clearly that there was no such type of offer for me. Till 43min, only one sentence(there is no such type of offer for you) was repeated without any reason or clearification.they made me fool and irritate by transfering my call here and there and answer was only(there is no such type of offer for you) . no other words. If my msg is going to right person, i would like to tell you this not happened once. It happened many time.. I want to ask that telenor has this type of worse condition that it has to send fake offers or tell a lie through its executives. If no, So please go through my complain and give me benefit if 32 or refund my 39 rupees and take your benefits back. Try to improve telenor service.
